Almond Bark - HCG p3 = Yum!

Ingredients:

10 oz. raw almonds
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
12 pks of Truvia (I plan to use Stevia and will have to adjust the amount)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F

Bake almonds on baking sheet in oven for 10-12 minutes.

Melt butter.
 Add cocoa. Stir until smooth.
 Add sweetener and stir well. Adjust sweetness to your liking.

In large bowl, toss toasted almonds with the chocolate mixture. Spoon coated nuts onto a parchment lined baking sheet. I do 5 nuts per cluster. You will need to adjust nutritional information if you do more or less. Should make approximately 42 clusters of 5 nuts each.

Transfer to freezer to set.

Store in airtight container in freezer.

Carbohydrate, Total 4.54 g
Fiber, total dietary 2.52 g
Protein 3.36 g
Total lipid (fat) 11.55 g

NET CARBS: 2.02 g
